Main pumping circuit service
Adjustment, calibration and maintenance of the main pumps and the complete hydraulic circuit, on both closed-loop and open-loop pumping systems.

System tuning & calibration
Setting the machine up so it runs smoothly and predictably, not just so it runs at all.
- Switching and dwell times set to cut hydraulic shock — on concrete pumps, that means S-valve switching time
- Flow rates and pressures calibrated across every part of the circuit
- Performance verified against the manufacturer's own catalogue figures
Boom & outrigger circuits
Maintenance of the boom and outrigger hydraulic systems and all of their components.
- Proportional and ON/OFF control valves: Danfoss PVG, PVHP, PVE and HAWE PSV
- Cylinder, hose and fitting inspection across the support circuit
Technical support & emergency breakdowns
On-site diagnosis of pressure loss, overheating and slow response — anywhere in the Kingdom, around the clock.
- Work carried out at your site or in our Riyadh workshop, whichever suits the job
- On-site inspection with flow meters, pressure gauges and temperature indicators
- Parts that are no longer available adapted to match operating requirements
