Six service lines, built on the same method: read the circuit, measure it, and fix the cause rather than the symptom. Each sector page shows the lines that apply to it.

Main pumping circuit service

Adjustment, calibration and maintenance of the main pumps and the complete hydraulic circuit, on both closed-loop and open-loop pumping systems.

Pump & motor overhaul, testing and calibration

Full overhaul of hydraulic pumps and motors, then verified on static and dynamic test benches before they go back on the machine.

System tuning & calibration

Setting the machine up so it runs smoothly and predictably, not just so it runs at all.

Boom & outrigger circuits

Maintenance of the boom and outrigger hydraulic systems and all of their components.

How we work

Maintenance is an engineering process, not a routine job.

Read the circuit
We start from the manufacturer's catalogue. It sets the order of every test and inspection step, so we find the real fault instead of the obvious one.

Measure it
Flow meters, pressure gauges and temperature indicators on site; static and dynamic test benches in the workshop.
03
Repair to spec
Pumps, motors and valve blocks overhauled and recalibrated. Where a part is no longer available, we adapt one to the operating requirement.
04
Prove it
The circuit is performance-tested after service, so the machine leaves working to spec and stays that way.
